Star Story

A skill that I hold that makes me a great employee is organization. This skill lives in my day to day life and is something that is enforced in everything that I do. I love to be timely, neat, and detailed. Being around me is refreshing because you can guarantee that I have everything under control. Although no one is perfect and unexpected things may happen, it is very important to me to be prepared with a plan and multiple back up plans. Knowing how to mold and adapt to a situation is a part of being organized and is another trait that I hold. Having the ability to stay focused and controlled can make all the difference in many situations. As much as organization is a big role in my academic/professional life, it also plays a role in my personal life because it is important to make time for that part of your life and to not become burnt out. Work-life balance is important and being able to transfer your professional skills into your leisure time can also make all the difference in staying happy and productive.
